The Performance and Credit Rating Scheme is an initiative launched by the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India, implemented through NSIC, aimed at evaluating the performance and creditworthiness of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) in August 2016.
