M.E. Porter

  1. The Diamond of National Competitive Advantage is corporate level strategy.
  2. The model was developed by Michael Porter in 1990 in his book: The Competitive Advantage of Nations
  3. The 4 main factors of the model are: Factor Conditions, Demand Conditions, Related and Supporting Industries, Firm Strategy, Structure, and Rivalry.
  4. Porter later added 2 more factors: Government and Chance
